FREE SHIPPING on orders over $175
Orders totaling more than $175 qualify for free shipping. Please note this is applicable to the order total after discounts or coupons have been deducted. If your order total is $175 or greater and there is a shipping charge at checkout, contact support at service@buckinghorseoutpost.com so they can assist you. PLEASE NOTE: THE FREE SHIPPING MINIMUM CHANGED FROM $125 TO $175 AS OF JUNE 1, 2023.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
As of July 2024, Bucking Horse Outpost no longer requires an Adult Signature on all deliveries. SOME EXCEPTIONS DO APPLY. An Adult Signature Requirement will continue to be mandatory with Package Protection. Additionally, for those who live in residences where private or secure delivery may be less assured, the ASR is still an option that may be added to an order at checkout.
Fulfillment
All BHO product orders are shipped by a third-party fulfillment service provider. Delivery lead times may vary, but most orders will be shipped within 10 working days. Shipping times are estimates only, and not a guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date. Once packages have left our Fulfillment Center(s), no address changes can be made. This is per Carrier policies and is an added stipulation on deliveries to which ASR does apply. We will not be liable for any loss or expense which you may incur as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order. Bucking Horse Outpost assumes no liability for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. It is your responsibility to ensure parcels can be delivered free from theft or exposure to rain, snow, excessive humidity, or temperature extremes. Claims for incorrect or missed shipments must be made to Bucking Horse Outpost Customer Support (at service@buckinghorseoutpost.com) within 10 days of order acknowledgment/shipment or are deemed waived. In the even that you submit a mis-shipment or damage claim to BHO, you will be asked to provide photographic evidence. Please note that the shipper (Bucking Horse Outpost) must be the party that files any claims with the carrier on damaged or missing shipments, not the customer. Carrier will not approve claims filed by shipment recipients.
Package Protection
Package Protection is an optional addition that can be made to any order. The cost is 9% of your order total and details about what is covered can be reviewed here: PACKAGE PROTECTION POLICY Orders with Package Protection applied will carry an Adult Signature Requirement, per the terms of the policy.
Shipping Destination Restrictions
Bucking Horse Outpost does not ship ammunition outside the United States or to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., or any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by law from shipping similar products. If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled. Bucking Horse Outpost does not ship magazines outside the United States or to Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.
Order Cancellation by Customers
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, so the moment you place your order our system starts preparing your products to ship. This means that you may not cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. (Some exceptions may apply.) Additionally, for your security, we cannot alter any product information or credit card charges after your order has been submitted.
Order Cancellation by Bucking Horse Outpost
We do not like canceling orders, but we reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions. If we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount, possibly less a cancellation fee.
Failure or Refusal to Accept Delivery
By placing an order with Bucking Horse Outpost, you agree to accept delivery of your order at the shipping address designated during checkout. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order, then you may forfeit the full purchase amount, including any taxes and shipping fees, if applicable. To be clear, you may not receive a refund if you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order. (Some exceptions may apply; to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.) We understand recipient schedules may not always align with carrier delivery schedules, so we remind customers that both FedEx and UPS offer customers the ability to hold packages until they can be picked up. Returns and Shipping Claims
